Student for “Evening Switchboard” Part-Time (m/w/d)
Your job is to support bankers during evening hours. Your primary responsibilities include managing the switchboard, taking care of all the incoming phone calls and serving as the first point of contact for clients, employees and service providers. Furthermore, you will conduct internet and database research, copy and staple documents, and fulfil other administrative duties as required.
You are quick learner with a friendly and approachable nature and excellent customer serviceand phone skills. Your written and spoken English and German are very good, as are your MS Office skills. You already have initial experience working in an administrative or secretarial role.
You will work three to four days per week for four hours from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. As such, it is advantageous that you live near Frankfurt am Main.
